Located just 1½ blocks off Main Street and nestled on a peaceful acre of land, Abby’s Place 3 offers a spacious and welcoming retreat just minutes from Fredericksburg’s shops, restaurants, and attractions.

This thoughtfully designed suite features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area—perfect for entertaining or relaxing with family and friends. The large kitchen is fully equipped and includes a double oven, making it easy to cook for a crowd. The dining room seats 8, and an additional high-top table in the kitchen seats 6.

The living area is furnished with charming antiques, a cozy gas fireplace with electric starter, a 65” flat-screen TV, and a queen-size memory foam sofa sleeper. For guests looking to stay active, there’s a private exercise room with an elliptical machine, chin-up bar, resistance bands, yoga mat, and light weights.

Outdoors, enjoy the tranquil setting with mature trees, a windmill, and a fire pit (some firewood provided)—a perfect spot to unwind and stargaze. Board games are available inside, and horseshoes and washers are provided for outdoor fun. You’ll also be within walking distance of several local shops and restaurants.

 

Abby’s Place is conveniently located near Fredericksburg’s many festivals and events, and central to other Hill Country experiences such as hiking, wine tours, cycling, car shows, and more.

Please note: We do not serve breakfast on the premises. However, following the tradition of most Fredericksburg B&Bs, we provide each suite with coffee, tea, bottled water, and a variety of snacks.
