Suites 1 & 2

Located just minutes from the shops and restaurants of Main Street, Abby’s Place offers a unique stay in a beautifully restored historic property. Originally built in the late 1880s and expanded in the 1920s, these suites blend vintage charm with modern comfort.

Each suite features a separate living and sleeping area. One bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the other offers a queen. Both are thoughtfully decorated with antique furnishings and elegant bedding, and each has its own en-suite bathroom accessible directly from the bedroom.The living areas in both suites include a sofa sleeper, a seating area, a coffee maker, and a small refrigerator with a freezer—ideal for extended stays or small groups. While the suites are private, they are adjoined by a common wall, so light noise may carry between the two.

 

Abby’s Place is perfectly situated for enjoying Fredericksburg’s many festivals and attractions, as well as other Hill Country favorites like hiking, cycling, horse racing, and car shows.

Please note: We do not offer breakfast on the premises. However, in keeping with many local B&Bs, we provide coffee, tea, bottled water, and a selection of snacks in each suite for your enjoyment.
